Adapter plate for Invacare Linx Wheelchair control

Adapter plate for Invacare Linx wheelchair control modules to attach further accessories, e.g. a mobile phone holder. Tested with an Invacare TDX NB and a standard car mobile phone holder attached by gluepad.
