Knocked this up because I wanted a way to mount a normal 40mm fan for part cooling to the E3D Titan Aero. As the titan aero wants to be mounted with a gap of either 2mm or 7mm between the extruder and stepper motor in order to keep the total thickness to 2mm I have modified evil_k's mount to make the wall thinner and gave a but more clearance for the large gear.
