z-axis limit switch adapters for Monoprice Select Mini v1 for 3, 4, 5, or 6mm glass

Inspired by xilvar's "MP Select Mini Z Spacer" (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1808029), but tightened up a bit. One adapter fits 3 and 5 mm glass, the other fits 4 and 6 mm glass. Both are also a bit wider to keep them from sliding out of place.
