Squid Jig 3.5

This is a total redesign of the [3.0 squid jig](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2617400), which features:

* Figure 8 eyelets (readily available) instead of having to bend your own
* Feather holes are angled at 45 degrees forwards, which makes it easier to get the feathers to sit right
* Feather holes are the right size to use a piece of 1.75mm filament to retain the feathers
* Weighted so that you can use a standard 3.5 weight (9g) if you want to. I prefer my jigs to sink slower
