AM8 Direct Extruder Guiding Tube Holder With 1-8 BSPT Thread

A remix of my original [Anet A8 Guiding Tube Holder](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2687086), but this time for the AM8! If you are using a direct drive extruder and the original E3D ecosystem, you can use this thing to mount a bowden coupling and a bowden tube to securely guide your filament to your extruder.
