Perma-proto mount with threaded inserts

I modified DaveGun's original mount to enable the use of threaded inserts. This allowed me to glue the mount flush to my acrylic panel without worrying about fasteners on the backside. I used 6-32 heat set threaded inserts from McMaster-Carr (PN 93365A132) because that's the smallest size I had on hand, but the holes in the perma-proto board are actually slightly smaller than a #6 screw so I drilled them out to 1/8".
