DG7YBN-DE-25mm

This is the 25mm version of DG7YBN Bend dipole driven element bracket.
I've added built in spacers for the element screws.
Side ribs added to aid in drilling boom and alignment.
I also made the base 5mm instead of 4mm on the previous version.
