Wanhao Duplicator I3 Plus LCD enclosure

A minor remix of the original by bosbessenbasje - thanks for including the IGES file!

Removed the option for installing a bottom plate - screw holes are gone and I have extended the internal walls to the base so there is no supports needed in that area.

I have also added a small R3mm fillet to the front edges so they are not sharp corners.

Tiny cosmetic changes but someone may like them.
