Could only find Center Finder Tools, But I needed a Center Line Marking tool, so I modified them to mark a center line.

Minimum width for marking center line: 22mm
Maximum width for marking center line: 59mm

Fasteners required:
1. Chicago Screws, Shaft Diameter 4mm x 12mm. Qty: 4
2. M3 nut. Qty: 2
3. M3x12 Csunk screw. Qty: 2
