Minimal ESP8266 housing

Minimal housing for ESP8266 - Module (like Lolin).
PINs are removed to achieve a flat shape - ideal for WIFI only DIY projects.
Module is inserted; top and bottom half are glued shut (few drops of super glue).
Reset and flash button as well as power in are accessible from the outside.
