40mm fan cooling fan E3D v6 fan duct hotend Lulzbot Taz

Fan ducts to make an e3d v6 fit on a stock taz mount. I added shims on the aluminium spacer in order to make the extruder fit. Cooling fans designed by me and the extruder fan was designed by loco. Use the stock heat inserts and screws on the cooling ducts.
