CR-10 Remixed Extruder Handle

I initially printed and used @donnyb99's Hotend Cable Management hook. But having that mounted made it tough for my big fingers to work the extruder handle. So I next looked for an extension for the handle and found @Coolcrawler_'s extended extruder arm. But I still wanted some way to protect the filament from the Z-axis screw, so I remixed them all together and added a soda-straw'like protrusion to keep the filament safe as it passes the Z-Axis screw.
