Anet A8 Y belt tensioner kit

An Anet A8 y-tensioner kit for a 2017 printer with 8x8mm holes and spaced 12mm in z-axis. Remixed from the sources mentioned below and with the following features:

- Separate left and right "arms" to print without support
- Left and right arms with small inset and outset so that the pulley spins freely
- Fits tight and don't bends when tightening the bolt
- Fixed some non-manifold pieces to improve slicing in Slic3r 1.3
