Machine Vise Speed Handle Adapter

After converting my mill to CNC, I have a few 17mm speed handles laying around and I thought it might be nice to use one on [my vise](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KSCGK7M/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&psc=1&linkCode=sl1&tag=wolfteck-20&linkId=68ec8d86cac307f0bac64149b6c8ef61), so I whipped up this little adapter to connect the 17mm speed handle to the 1/2" hex bolt on the vise.

The press fit is pretty solid, but I use an 8mm bolt and a fender washer to ensure the adapter stays on the speed
