High clearance cr-10 fang mod for Micro Swiss

Made this remix for my Micro Swiss all metal hot end because I like the high clearance that the fang has but it would not fit my new hot end.

I printed mine at .2mm height with petg and it was a snug fit with the hot end

If modifications needed just let me know and i'll see what I can do.
