Carl Zeiss VR One Plus iPhone 5 & 5S Tray Adapter

Picked up a Carl Zeiss VR One Plus headset and my iPhone 5S barely fit. The adapter plate isn't the prettiest, but it gets the job done and works fine. VR is not the best on the iPhone 5S but it works and if the kids break the phone, I'm not going to be upset.
