Black and Tan Beer Thingy

Thingy for creating the perfect Black and Tan Beer.
The Pale Beer HAS to be poured first, and it need to have a head (foam) of around 1 inch.
Place this Pourer on top after that and pour the Guinness beer into it and let it drip down through the foam head for a perfectly layered drink.
