Another cable strain relief for Anet A8 heat bed

Here is my version of lord_alan cable strain relief for Anet A8 heat bed.

I remodelled his design in FreeCad, using his OpenSCAD model as reference, and modified the cable holder to include a clamp that can be adjusted using two screws and nuts, so no cable ties are needed.

On the other hand, unlike lord_alan's design, mine needs supports, so some extra post processing will be needed.
