CR-10S Extruder Cover and Stock Filament Sensor with cleaner 90 and 45 angle

Modified the 45 and add a sponge cleaning station on the front with a snap on cover also made it in 90. On the box for the sponge I made my own supports that are in the drawing that just snap off after you print, this way you don't need to use any other supports.
