Hermes Case Mark 13

This is a case for an Orange Pi Zero, and two USB attached ethernet interfaces.
This gives the system a total of three ethernet interfaces.
A slot provides access to the serial console, and the SDcard can be removed with a pair of tweezers.
A hole permits the small case to be cable-tied where needed.
A future version will include a DE9 DTE interface for connecting to serial consoles.
