BCN3D larger & higher spool holder

This is a modified version of the BCN3D Sigma spool holder.

For some filament brands 1kg spools I had issues with :
- The spool having a bigger diameter, and touching the machine on the bottom
- The spool being too large, meaning it won't fit on the original spool holder

This spool holder allow you to fit these larger or bigger 1kg spool, without having to use an external spool holder.
