This has been printed and already glued on the noze of the HD wing.
It is used in order to improve the noze aerodynamics and minimize the air going to the Pixhawk FC. One of the noze plugs has a 4mm hole for a digital airspeed sensor and depending on your printer might need a 4mm drill to make it proper size for the sensor to go through.
On our Z-ultra T calibrated printer, i used 1.0 extrusion multiplier and the hole came out a proper tight fit. The sensor pipe will not need to be glued on.
