AnetA2: X-Carriage incl. Belt Tensioner E3D V6

As it didn't appear that crypton had uploaded a version with the right screw hole spacing for the E3D V6, I did the mod and have uploaded it here- this works with the e3d fanduct by carstenheuer (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2282071)
