Another CR-10 Filament Guide & Extruder Cable Hanger

Another version of Greg191134's great little creation. Enlarged the filament guide to ensure it lasts a bit longer with friction erosion and enlarged the extruder cable bundle hanger/clip so there was less pressure and more allowable movement. Zip-tie is used as backup to ensure the bundle doesn't eventually work its way out of the clip.
