Stirring Support v1.3

I use a magnetic stirrer to wash my Moonray prints. To support larger containers, I designed this support platform.

Changelog:
1.3b Fixed small holes with Meshmixer. Should be watertight now.
1.3 Added upper bevels. Enlarged the main base.
1.2 Beefed up some of the arms. Added a filet (reverse bevel) the bottoms to facilitate removal from the print bed.
