Zerotech Rotating Camera Mod

This is a modification to the Zerotech Dobby to enable the camera to be rotated whilst in flight. All instructions on how to create it are in the Readme file but, in essence, the camera is extended forward of the body, a small servo is attached which is driven using an Adafruiit Feather RFM69HCW. A second, handheld, Feather is used to signal the airborne Feather to rotate the camera.

UPDATE - I've added 2 alternative Adafruit Feather programs (called Btn_Tx and Btn_Rx). Adding a momentary
