Hotwire Cutter Body

This is a basic hot-wire cutter body I came up with for a foam cutting project.

I printed the model with standard print settings as it does not not need to look very pretty. If the rods are a tight fit into the hole use a bit of sandpaper to open the holes up. You do want to make the fit snug so the rods do not move.

Other items required:
3/16" brass rods for holding the wire
cutting wire http://a.co/2X1GD37 (what I used)
12V high amp power source (using an old computer power supply)
