Funnel Shovel for Silica gel

I designed this to get my dried silica gel back into the box. Ironically, the box was big enough and the funnel is now a helper to fill the smaller silica gel boxes.

Recommended printing with at least 0.2 layer height. I printed my shovel in draft mode (0.35) which was a close call with the thinner parts.

I printed with PLA, which worked fine with the warm silica gel. I had no issues after waiting ~ 30 seconds after the gel was out of the oven (140 Celcius). However, printing with ABS migh
