Another 18650 Battery Dispenser

There are plenty of 18650 battery dispensers here on thingiverse but, surprisingly, none of the existing suited my needs. What I needed was a dispenser for eight batteries, printable without supports with the lower "plate" that holds two batteries (as I'm using batteries always in pair in my mods). Also, I wanted it to have a finger cutout and a sufficient distance from the table where it stands but at the same time I didn't want it to be chunky nor to have to print some sort of spacers.
