Taller Base and modified buttons for DSO138 Simple Case

I really like the design of this case. I've printed a couple of others, but I like this on the best-- Especially how the top and bottom snap securely together. Unfortunately once I put the oscilloscope card in, my original prints wouldn't close. Probably something different about the DSO138 card. This remix takes the original base and just makes it little taller.

Additionally, on the original design, the pushbuttons were a bit tight, and the slider switches seemed too tight also to push on
