AM8 X Holders for E3D POM or Anti Backlash Nut

X axis holders, designed with AM8 in mind, and compatible with E3D POM and anti backlash nuts.

* Added new holders for the E3D POM nuts!
* Fixed an offset on the idler side holder. The leadscrew opening was offset by around 0.2 mm.
* Resized the openings for the smooth rods a bit in such a way that the idler side can slide along it smoothly. This helps minimize z-wobble.
