Everything I found in thingiverse for this purpose doesn't fit my need: sometimes there were backlashes, sometimes adjustment range wasn't suitable for me. So I made this design (with SolidWorks), it replaces side acrylic panel of Z-motor, and have built-in adjustable Z-endstop rail.
