A replacement hotend assembly for the Ender-2 and CR-10, using a 30mm coldend fan and 2 x 5015 blowers for parts cooling.
Wire harness management is also easily done.
UPDATED: Base plate is now correctly formed to avoid the hotend carriage bolts. The cooling is superb. Using a 30mm fan as the throat cooler is a little noisier than the 40mm stock one, but a proper high end Sunon is going to be much quiter. I may yet add a 40mm fan and clamp variant but it will stick out a bit.
