Motor assistance bicycle addition

Based on Tom Stanton's great original.

I had to redesign all the printed parts to fit my Dad's bicycle.
This is not designed to be a full eBike, instead the motor is used only if and when needed, otherwise the bicycle functions fully as a normal road bike.
