Folgertech open cable chain adaptor for first version of FT-5

This allows the use of the 10mm X 10mm open cable chain from Folgertech on the original design that used the closed cable chain. The mounting holes are different between the two versions of the cable chain.

I have the first version of the 713maker.com extruder and gantry kit that matched the original parts from Folgertech for the 10mm spacing of the holes for the cable chain.
