NS E225 Dutch Railways (flat pieces for easier printing)

Based on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2757092 split in pieces for easier better resolution printing.

1/15/2018 - added coupler pockets for horn/hook type Bachmann couplers. Use a track nail as pin through cover lid and coupler centering hole.
