To increase the pressure in order to mature the cheeses it's been added a M5_15mm modified Knob from danid87 and a 23 cm Thread rods instead of the former 11 cm short ones. Former 420 grams cheeses where down to 240 grams.

Cheese making (fresh type) success but for mature or half matured cheese more pressure might be needed. A solution for this is on the making...
