Dillon to Hornady AP powder cop adapter

This is a work in progress. At the time of this upload (1/15/18), i haven't tested it but in theory, it should work. I will be testing it in the next few days but am uploading the file so that anyone who wants to test and help tweak it can.

In a nutshell, Hornady does not make a powder cop with an audible alarm. Dillon does but most of the hacks involve either drilling a hole in the press or grinding a notch in the side.
