Rad1o Joystick Nubbin

A simple nubbin for the CCC 2015's rad1o badge joystick.

Built to work with [pushvoxel]'s case: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1154383

I suppose it'll work with any of the surface-mount joysticks, though, as long as it has a 2 mm x 2 mm square top.
