MPSM Z-Axis 30mm Increase

I based mine on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2387368 but made it 30mm because that suited the screws I had available. Yes it will require longer screws or standoffs to mount the spacers. I used 5mm m3 standoffs bolted to the base. The tower and spacers are then screwed to the standoffs using 30mm m3 screws. You could use different screws/standoffs/nuts, as long as they are long enough to attach the 30mm spacers. The height of the spacers could easily be scaled to different sizes.
