Prusa heatbed cable cover remix

This is a remix of the updated MK3 heatbed cable cover. It flips the orientation of the bolts, so that they're accessible from the top, and consequently can be removed without disassembling everything. This must be printed with a heat-resistant material, like ABS, PETG, or HT-PLA.
