The forces on the gears are so strong the cover was rising causing the big gear to get dislocated and skip teeth. I remixed the cover and the housing of the central differential to add two more screws to prevent this from happening.
EDIT: Since I had to do this part in Fusion 360, the damn thing is 10x too big, please scale accordingly. Also remember to orient both housing and cover properly on the table
