Rohde&Schwarz Hameg HZ188 SMD fixture upgrade

The original support of fixture is too low and SMD components are in the air so they fly away sometimes. This upgrade helps keep SMD in right place.

TODO:
- next version should be parametric for different SMD packages (OpenSCAD)
- add perpendicular groove for tweezers
