This is a switchable Socket for only a few euros.
It is controlled via WIFI with the help of the app Blynk.

Just print the two Parts.
What you will need:
-Node MCU V1.0 (about 3 €)
-HLK-PM01 (~2€)
-Brennenstuhl 1508070 Adapterstecker (2€)
-5V Arduino Relais module (50 cent)
-some wires
