J6 hot end mount for wade extruder

I wanted to make printing more robust and easier to maintain and put a J6 hot end onto my custom built Prusa i3. This interface goes on a wade extruder with 4mm bolts.

I made a increased size fan adapter to give better cooling for the hot end since the mount is ABS.

It does a great job, I use it for PLA printing with 1mm nozzle.
