TAZ E3D Dual Extruder Mount add-on plate

This little guy is a drop-in replacement for the existing mount plate for TAZ extruders. It enables the mounting of two more E3d hotends for use with a Bowden cable extruder. It also adds on a spot to mount an 18mm capacitive or inductive sensor, for auto bed leveling.
