Super Off-Road arcade steering optical encoder wheel

A common problem with arcade steering wheel assemblies is broken teeth on the encoder wheel, which can cause erratic input. This is a bolt-on replacement encoder wheel for Leland Corporation's Ivan Stewart's Super Off-Road.

Testing this part in my cabinet (and PC via an Ultimarc U-HID board) provided me with a smooth, accurate movement.

I recommend printing with 100% infill.
