I just uploaded a bi-directional version of this so the camera can be mounted on either side. This goes along with my rotating arm remix you can find here:

For some reason my Logitech c310 isn't working properly so I wanted to mount the only other web camera I had in the house, a Microsoft Lifecam. There wasn't an adapter for this so I made one.
