Fits an IKEA knife that is no longer in sale i think... Oh well. It has a narrower part for a certain length inside, to hold the knife by friction.
The part with the long name has both needed parts (in one part), bend and glue. Or print the two other parts (flip the small one for easy print without supports) and glue them together.
