E12 dual bulb adapter

We have a couple of ceiling fans with candelabra (E12) sockets, and I've had difficulty finding LEDs in that size that put out enough light, so I made this adapter so that I could fit two bulbs in the same space.

In addition to the printed parts, you'll need the two items linked below, a couple of half inch #8 screws, and a steady soldering hand.
